מדיניות החזרות והחלפות

יצירות מקוריות, פסלים וגופי תאורה — כל יצירה מקורית היא ייחודית ונמכרת כפי שהיא. לא ניתן להחזיר יצירות מקוריות לאחר הרכישה. במקרה של נזק במשלוח — יש לצלם את הנזק תוך 48 שעות מקבלת החבילה וליצור קשר לטיפול.

הדפסים על נייר וקנבסים — ניתן להחזיר תוך 14 יום מקבלת המוצר אם הגיע פגום או שונה מהמתואר. המוצר חייב להיות באריזתו המקורית.

קבצים דיגיטליים — לאחר הורדת הקובץ לא ניתן לבצע החזרה או זיכוי.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

Original artworks, sculptures & lighting — Each original artwork is unique and sold as-is. No returns are accepted on original works after purchase. In case of shipping damage, please photograph the damage within 48 hours of receiving the package and contact us for assistance.

Prints on paper & canvases — Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt if the item arrives damaged or significantly different from its description. The item must be in its original packaging.

Digital files — Once a file has been downloaded, no returns or refunds are possible.
